Our Refund and Returns Policy is suitable for products sold on our website. All products on our site are free for 30 days of returns. The return process is detailed below.

Free return condition

You receive a damaged product

It is our obligation if your product results damaged in transit. If you receive the product and it is damaged, broken or faulty, send us photos of the product to

Incomplete product

If parts of your product are missing, we will send you replacement parts; otherwise, the product has to return to the store.

The shipped item is the wrong one

If you received a product that is not the same as the one you have purchased, you could send us photos of the product; then, we will manage the return process.

The product does not work or is faulty

If the product, as soon as you receive it, does not work, you can ask our customer service to help you solve the problem. We will give you a technical answer. If it still does not work, we will proceed with the change or the return.

Delayed delivery

Although it might be unusual, since our products are heavy-duty and are carried around, the delivery time may be longer than in a light package.

If you do not want the product anymore

Once you have received the product, if you change your mind and no longer want it, there is no possibility to return it.

The product does not match the description

If you received an item that does not match the product description or the image; you can send us your comments via the email address we provided here. Depending on the specific reason and the type of difference that does not match, we will decide whether or not to charge you the shipping fee.

How do I return the original product?

Product sent or received as a gift from a third-party

If the item were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you would receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item had been unmarked as a gift, at the time of purchase, or the person who gave the present sent it to themselves for delivery to you late, we would have to reimburse who bought it. So, they will know about the return and have to inform you.
